At the moment 2 family generations live, work, laugh, discuss and drink at the
Paulushof. There are the “seniors” Karl and Veronika, who established the business
on a fairly high level. The wine-growing and guesthouse bear the hallmarks of them.
And then there are the “juniors”, Tobias and Esther, both showing a lot of dedication,
enthusiasm, determination and creativeness. Us four keep working on increasing
quality and spreading the “Joy of living wine”.
The third generation of this family cannot do much, yet, except filling up nappies and
leaving chaos everywhere she goes. Yet, we are optimistically looking into the future,
hoping for a successful career in wine growing...
The Paulushof ... that’s us – a family who has revived an old tradition, the Moselle
wine, using our experience, creativeness, new ideas, and most of all - a lot of love
for the wine itself.
